Ms. Lee Soo Feng

Soo Feng is a Deputy Director of a Singapore statutory board. Her career was largely in the banking industry with 20 years of experience working in foreign banks in Australia and Singapore. Her last job prior to joining the public sector was with a foreign insurance company.
She was one of the pioneers who founded our church in 1991, serving in the pastoral team and helping in the Children's Ministry and the Family Group in the early days. She has since called HopeKids her main ministry from 2001. Her ministry passion is to be able to connect with kids and families and to help them experience the reality of God in their lives. She desires to see the church prosper with every spiritual gifting in order to bless both the local and international community at large.

Mr. Daniel Tan Gan Hong

Daniel has recently come on board the staff team as Operations Head, overseeing the church operation work in Corporate Planning, Education, Facilities, Finance, IT and Membership. He has more than 13 years of experience in IT industry, having been a business owner and project manager of several IT projects, prior to his joining the staff team.
He joined our church in 1996, and has since been serving in the pastoral ministry in the Adults and Family Groups. Together with his wife, Rachel and their son, Matthias, their family was sent as the reinforcement team for Hope Johannesburg, South Africa in 2002. He served as the Church Coordinator, and later on, as the Pastor for Hope Johannesburg before returning to Singapore in 2005. He currently serves as District Leader of Family Omega District.
Daniel is passionate in helping people to cross the line of faith, and to apply God’s Word in their lives. He wants to see lives being transformed, and the Great Commission fulfilled in their lifetime.

Mr. Sham Chee Keat• Secretary

Sham serves as a Partner in a law firm in Singapore. He has 15 years of experience in the legal industry, and he currently specialises in litigation, general solicitors and corporate work.
Sham’s first encounter with Hope Church was in November 1996. He decided to be a member of this spiritual family 6 months later. Since then, he has been faithfully serving as an assistant care leader, and later on a care leader in our Adults pastoral ministry. Now he is a care leader of Family North (Toa Payoh) care group, and also a member of the Church Building Committee.
Sham’s ministry passion is in the area of teaching and intercession. His aspiration is to be able to contribute towards fulfilling the church’s vision in whatever way he can, through the abilities and spiritual gifts of wisdom and teaching that he has been blessed with.

Mr. David Yew Kai Sin

David teaches business communication strategy and management, and negotiation and persuasion techniques to postgraduates and undergraduates at the Nanyang Business School. He has 14 years of experience as a strategy consultant, industry analyst, company director, and business owner, and have successfully led and delivered hundreds of strategy consulting projects across multiple industries for multinational corporations in United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
With Hope Melbourne prior to joining our church in 1999, David's passion is in ministry work. He has served as a Unit and Care Leader with our Family Professionals group, and was also a Board Committee Member of Hope Centre (Singapore), a volunteer welfare organization serving the community.
David desires to see the global church live out the fundamentals of Christianity, and for Hope Singapore to be a transparent, accountable and biblical church that truly loves God and people.

Mr. Christopher Lum Wai Hoong

Chris is the Controller for Asia South Region with Symantec. Before this, he has worked in various finance and planning roles for different multi-national corporations. He graduated with a MBA from York University of Toronto, Canada in 1991.
He first joined the International Fellowship of Hope Bangkok in 1993, and transferred to Hope Singapore on his return 2 years later. Since then, Chris has been serving in the family ministry. He is now the Sub-District Leader of Family West group.
Chris is married to Ee Meng and has 2 boys, Mark and Matthew. He is passionate in helping younger couples thrive in their marriages. Together with his wife, he has been involved in the Marriage Preparation Course for courting couples. He desires to build a pillar and model church both locally and internationally.

Kai Ming is a Lecturer with Institute Of Technical Education. He has 10 years of teaching experience as a Secondary school teacher and a Discipline Master for 7 years.
He joined our church in 1996. He has been serving for many years in our Filipino ministry together with his wife Daphne. Currently, he serves as the District Leader of FP Yahweh, overseeing mostly Filipino families & one professional singles group.
Kai Ming is passionate to see strong & biblical Filipinos who love and serve Jesus. He desires to see God increasing in him so that he will be a more effective leader and minister for Him in the Filipino ministry.

Jeff is the Senior Pastor of Hope Church (Singapore). He joined the church in 1992, and has since served in many capacities in the pastoral ministry. Jeff provides spiritual guidance and pastoral leadership to the Board and the church.
His spiritual gifts are in leadership, teaching, and faith. He is passionate about bringing the church to fulfill God’s vision.

Johanes serves as a Pastor of Hope Church (Singapore). He joined the church in 1993. Prior to joining the church as a full time staff in 1996, Jo worked as an Executive with a local Assurance firm.
Jo has served in many capacities in his role as a pastor in Pastoral Division. He also served as our Finance Head in the Operations Division for the past 2 years. He currently oversees the Business Life Ministry.
Together with his wife Kristine and daughter, Alesha, he was sent to pastor Hope Johannesburg in South Africa from 2005 to 2006. Upon his return to Singapore, he served as Spiritual Formation Pastor where he oversaw the development of the intercessory and healing ministry in the church.

Ms. Chio Yee Ming• Date Elected As Board Member: 26 April 2011
Yee Ming is a Trainer/HR Consultant of Pivotal Lifeskills, a training and HR consultancy firm. She has over 19 years of experience in HR, having worked for VWO, SME and also public listed companies before.
She first joined the church in 1997, and has since served alongside her husband, Alvin Ong in leading the Mandarin congregation. Her ministry passion is in the area of teaching and equipping lives, strengthening families and seeing their lives transformed to live for Jesus. She hopes to see the church play a pivotal role in being the Antioch of the world.
Yee Ming and Alvin are blessed with two beautiful daughters. As a family, they enjoy the simple things in life such as taking walks in the nature, going for a swim and simply chilling out at home watching a good movie together.
