God has revealed that the church will experience seven years of harvest from 2009 to 2015, and the year 2012 is the mid-point of this exciting journey. Although we have changed many things over the years, the Author and His purposes for our church remain unchanged. Jesus has given us greater wineskins so that we can do even greater things for Him in Singapore and all over the world.
By the grace of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit, we want to influence our city and our world, and we want to make a direct impact in the Kampong Glam area. But this year, there is a distinct difference in how we are going to go about fulfilling His vision for our church. It will not be just about us doing God's work as much as it is about God doing His work in us and through us, both individually as well as corporately as one church.
The theme for our church in 2012 is “Whole City Whole World. God’s Church God’s Way.” Let us be aligned as a church as we seek to allow God to move more tangibly through us as one united Body to transform our whole city and to reach the whole world.
