Here’s how to get around the Conference!

Central & West Foyers, B2 Ballroom

From B2 Carpark

  1. Enter through the main entrance into Basement 2 Central Foyer.
  2. Head straight and enter the Ballroom.

From B1 West Carpark

  1. Take the escalator from Basement 1 to Basement 2. We encourage you to let those with priority (e.g. parents with infants, elderly, and disabled) take the lifts instead.
  2. You will arrive at Basement 2 West Foyer and enter the Ballroom through the foors on your right.

*Parents with infants are encouraged to enter the Ballroom through the West Foyer as it is closer to Parents Lounge.

Check-in: Near Virgo 4
Primary: Aquarius Room
Juniors: Virgo 1 to 3
Tots: Pisces 2 to 4
*Access with Parents Tag & Kids Tag only

From B2 Carpark

  1. Walk through the main entrance into Central Foyer.
  2. Turn left and walk through the West Lobby and West Foyer.
  3. Take the escalator or lift at the end of West Foyer up to Level 1.
  4. Turn left and follow signs for ‘HopeKids’ until you reach Juniors Campference, located at the Virgo function room.

From B1 West Carpark

  1. Take the escalator or lift from Basement 1 to Level 1.
  2. Turn left and follow signs for ‘HopeKids’ until you reach Juniors Campference, located at Virgo function room.

From English Conference

  1. Exit from the back of the Ballroom and out to West Foyer.
  2. Take the escalator or lift at the end of West Foyer up to Level 1.
  3. Turn left and follow signs for ‘HopeKids’ until you reach Junior Campference, located at Virgo function room.

From Mandarin Conference (L1)

  1. Exit Mandarin Conference function room and turn left.
  2. Walk through the corridor. Follow signs for ‘HopeKids’ until you reach Junior Campference, located at the Virgo function room.

East Lobby, B2

From B2 Carpark

  1. Walk through the main entrance into Central Foyer.
  2. Turn right and follow signs for ‘Hope Conference Check-In’, located at East Lobby.
  3. If you have bulky items (i.e. items too large to be stored under your seat), drop off them off at Baggage Deposit, located opposite the Check-In counter.

From B1 West Carpark

  1. Take the escalator from Basement 1 to Basement 2. We encourage you to let those with priority (e.g. parents with infants, elderly, and disabled) take the lifts instead.
  2. You will arrive at Basement 2 West Foyer.
  3. Walk through West Foyer to West Lobby.
  4. Continue walking straight to enter Central Foyer.
  5. Follow signs for ‘Hope Conference Check-In’, located at East Lobby.
  6. If you have items that too large to be stored under your seat (e.g. luggage, guitar), drop off them off at Baggage Deposit, located opposite the Check-In counter.

Central Foyer, B2

From B2 Carpark

  1. Walk through the main entrance into Central Foyer.
  2. Head straight and follow signs for ‘Info Counter’, located on the right side of Central Foyer.

From B1 West Carpark

  1. Take the escalator from Basement 1 to Basement 2. We encourage you to let those with priority (e.g. parents with infants, elderly, and disabled) take the lifts instead.
  2. You will arrive at Basement 2 West Foyer.
  3. Walk through West Foyer to West Lobby.
  4. Continue walking straight into Central Foyer and look for the ‘Info Counter’ sign.

West Foyer, B2
(For parents with infants under 18 months old)

From B2 Carpark

  1. Walk through the main entrance into Central Foyer.
  2. Turn left and head towards West Lobby.
  3. Follow signs for ‘Parents Lounge’, located at the end of West Lobby. Parents may park their prams here too.

From B1 West Carpark

  1. Take the lift or escalator from Basement 1 down to Basement 2.
  2. You will arrive at Basement 2 West Foyer.
  3. Follow signs for ‘Parents Lounge’, located at the end of West Lobby. Parents may park their prams here too.

Gemini 1 & 2, L1 Function rooms

Opening hours: 11:45am to 1:15pm & 4PM to 4:45PM

From B2 West Foyer

  1. Take the escalator at Basement 2 West Foyer up to Level 1. We encourage you to let those with priority (e.g. parents with infants, elderly, and disabled) take the lifts instead.
  2. Turn left and walk through the function rooms. Follow signs for ‘Encounter Room’, located at Gemini 1 & 2.

From B2 Central Foyer & West Lobby

*Priority: Parents with infants, elderly, and disabled

  1. Take the lifts at Basement 2 West Lobby up to Level 1.
  2. Turn right and walk through the function rooms. Follow signs for ‘Encounter Room’, located at Gemini 1 & 2.

West Entrance, B2

From B2 Central Foyer

  1. Head towards West Lobby on your left.
  2. Walk past West Lobby and enter West Foyer.

From Conference B2 Ballroom 

  1. Exit via the back of the Ballroom and head out to West Foyer

West Foyer

The Missions Booths is located at the West Foyer, Outside of the main ballroom.

Enter by the Central Main entrance at B2 and turn left towards the West Foyer.

West Lobby, B2

From B2 Central Foyer

  1. Turn left and follow signs for ‘Creative Display & Prophetic Painting Gallery’ at West Lobby.

From B2 West Foyer

  1. Turn right and follow signs for ‘Creative Display & Prophetic Painting Gallery’ at West Lobby.

B1

This Area is reserved during lunch times for the Elderly, expectant mums, families with infants, and attendees with mobility aids.

From B2 West Entrance

  1. Turn right towards the West Foyer and walk towards the Missions Booths.
  2. Take the escalator/Lift on the Left of the Missions Booths up to B1.

From B2 Main Entrance

  1. Turn right towards the East Foyer and walk towards the Check-In Area.
  2. Take the escalator/Lift on the right of the Check-In Booths up to B1.
