1 • Keys to Fostering Evangelistic Culture

A healthy church is one that continually reaches the lost and makes disciples of Christ. In order to do so, the church needs to make evangelism a priority and an integral part of church life. How can the church be intentional to build an evangelistic culture? What are some key ways leaders can inspire and mobilise members in evangelism? Join this lab session to find out more.
2 • Leadership at Rest: Managing Stress as a Leader
Christian leaders carry the weight of many responsibilities and face significant stressors as they navigate the demands of ministry. This lab session aims to provide Christian leaders with biblical principles and practical advice for managing stress and finding true rest in Christ. Hear from seasoned leaders and gain fresh perspectives on resting in God’s presence and trusting Him with our burdens.
3 • Handling Ministry Setbacks as a Christian Leader
Every leader faces setbacks in ministry—whether through unexpected challenges, disappointments, or failed initiatives. Through this lab session, learn how to process ministry setbacks, grow from failures and lead with renewed faith. Through biblical examples and personal stories, participants will learn to see setbacks as opportunities for God’s refining work in their lives.
4 • Suffering and Sovereignty of God
How do we reconcile a loving and sovereign God with the reality of suffering in our world? This lab session is designed to guide believers through a biblical understanding of God’s sovereignty in the midst of pain and hardship. It will explore God’s purposes in suffering and the perspectives believers can hold on to even in the face of suffering.
5 • How to Start a Church in Another City
Interested to pioneer a new church in another city? This lab session will cover the essential steps from initial planning, to engaging the community and sustaining the growth of the church-plant. Come hear valuable insights and real life experiences and be equipped to start a new church in another city.

God longs to touch the hearts of the kids through worship! Beyond just dancing and singing along, we are called to be spirit-filled worship leaders who will lead our kids to have an encounter with God. Join this lab to discover God’s heart for speaking to the kids through praise and worship and how we can lead our kids into the presence of God!
2 • How to disciple and engage kids during services
Learn how you can effectively engage children by approaching and entering their world, through a better understanding of the different age group’s learning development stages and every child’s preferred learning style. Also learn various ways how you can disciple, outreach and care for the children inside and outside service.
3 • Intro to Basic Audio System for Small Churches
*Laos translation available
Learn some of the basic key components of the audio system that is required for a small church. Link up with Technical Director of Hope Singapore for further advice & consultation sessions to help your church grow your audio ministry team.
