Dear Church,
During the final session of Hope Conference on 1 June 2025, a number of attendees experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning and required medical attention at the foyer area.
A total of 41 cases were reported. Of these, 8 individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment. As of the date of this statement, six have been discharged, while two were admitted and are expected to be discharged soon.
We can confirm that all affected individuals had consumed food provided by the same external caterer. This caterer is not engaged by, and not affiliated with our Church, the Hope Conference Committee or Resorts World Sentosa.
The health and safety of our attendees remain our top priority. We are working closely with the relevant authorities to assist in investigations, and following up with and giving our support to the affected attendees. We encourage all church members to pray for their complete and speedy recovery, and for God’s hand of protection and comfort to be upon them.

参与者的健康与安全始终是我们的首要关注事项。我们正与相关当局紧密合作，协助进行调查，并持续跟进受影响者的情况。我们鼓励所有教会成员为他们的完全康复和迅速恢复祷告，求神的保守与安慰临到他们。
