• Step B and above
• Unafraid to talk to strangers
• Able to conduct short interviews and help people open up to share their story 
• Able to scribe quickly and accurately
• Fluent in English (conversational Mandarin is a bonus)
• Open to feedback

Commitment

• 1-2 times a month or adhoc
