Ministry Type: Facilities

• Participate in event preparation days
• Assist in logistics set up and tear down for services and events
• Assist to inspect and check venues:
  – Before start of services and events to ensure venues are ready for church services & events
  – After services and events to reinstate the venue

• Ensure the safety and security of venues during services or events
• Ensure smooth crowd flow before and after services or events

Assist in delivering and collection of necessary equipment and collaterals needed for centres for services.

• Design scenic elements and props required for the events and HopeKids services
• Gather resources and materials needed for the design
• Install scenic elements and props according to given design
