Befriend Shine Service attendees
Provide support through engaging the caregivers in conversations and discussions during service
May be involved in home visits and adhoc Shine outings/events

Coordinate in the setup and tear down of venue for Shine services
Manage Shine resources and materials
Order food for services

Operate sound system during Shine Service and make adjustments according to attendees (e.g. individuals with special needs may be sensitive to loud noises)

Operate and support multimedia needs during Shine Service (e.g. click for service slides, lyrics, etc)

Able to lead and facilitate praise and worship in English and Chinese
Able to adjust actions and pace of songs according to attendees (e.g. individuals with special needs may need simpler actions and slower pace of songs)

Coordinate operational needs for services such as:

Prepare and disseminate cue sheet
Remind respective volunteers of their service roles
Brief volunteers on programme flow
Manage rehearsal and actual run of service

Acoustic guitarists, keyboardists and cajon players to support praise & worship for Shine service

Support ministry publicity through various platforms
Design e-invites and brochures for outreach programs and Life Group outings
Produce content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) that are engaging, invitational and shareable
