• Engage the children and youth in work and play
• Mentor them in the right values, behaviours and social norms

• Provide hairstyling for all male stage ministers
• Provide quality image standards for live and broadcast services

• Operate sound system during Shine Service and make adjustments according to attendees (e.g. individuals with special needs may be sensitive to loud noises)

• Participate in event preparation days
• Assist in logistics set up and tear down for services and events
• Assist to inspect and check venues:
  – Before start of services and events to ensure venues are ready for church services & events
  – After services and events to reinstate the venue

• Ensure the safety and security of venues during services or events
• Ensure smooth crowd flow before and after services or events

• Engage, welcome and host new guests during church services
• Proactively acquaint new guests and help to connect them to the church community

• Ensure cleanliness of the Parents’ Lounge
• Assist new parents with the Parents’ Lounge facilities
• Take babies’ temperature and check for Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease symptoms

• Create warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Give clear directions, hand out brochures, serve Holy Communion elements and collect offering bags
• Assist guests with special needs
• Crowd control

Befriend the seniors and assist when there are special ad-hoc Seniors’ programme

• Operate and support multimedia needs during Shine Service (e.g. click for service slides, lyrics, etc)
