I've been trying to find a sense of belonging in my church and I used to have a pretty strong sense of community in my church but I feel like I've lost it all of a sudden. And I just no longer feel a sense of belonging there. I'm nearing the end of my teenage years and I've been struggling to find a church with youth services to go to because I find it very hard to open up and meet new people, especially when I feel like there is already a pre-existing community there - not that I feel like I won't be welcomed, but I always feel like I'd be out of place. And the idea of having to introduce myself to new people and have people introduce themselves to me makes me very unreceptive to the idea of trying a new church. Yet I face the struggle of trying to stay afloat in my spiritually dry life. I pray for God to give me some sort of direction and calling! I feel like in this season of dryness, as I seek, it's extremely tough too as it's CB right now and I can't physically visit churches :--(
