All individuals can attend a vaccinated service if they are:

1. Fully vaccinated, i.e. has received the full regimen of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna, or World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing vaccines such as Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sinopharm, and AstraZeneca, with an additional 2 weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective,
2. Recovered from COVID-19 (with a valid Pre-Event Test Exemption Notice OR discharge memo), or
3. Obtained a negative result on a Pre-Event Test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the event from MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers (view list here). Self-test kits are not allowed.

• Get tickets for your respective service at hopesingapore.com/visit.
• Tickets will be made available every Thursday of the service week.
• Upon successful registration, a confirmation email with your ticket attached as a PDF will be sent to you.
• If you can’t make it for service, please release your ticket back to the system by following instructions in your confirmation email so that others can attend!

• Doors open 15-30 minutes before service. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Bring along your mobile device with the TraceTogether app or token for SafeEntry check-in. 
• If you are fully vaccinated, you will need to show the screen displayed in your TraceTogether app to verify your vaccination status.
• If you are not fully vaccinated, bring your NRIC and negative PET test results from MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers (view list here). Self-test kit results are not allowed.
• If you recently recovered from COVID-19, bring your NRIC and hard-copy discharge memo OR Pre-Event Test Exemption Notice.
• If you are attending a ticketed service, scan your E-ticket with your mobile phone.
• You will be assigned a zone sticker and directed to your seat by our ushers.
• All attendees will be seated in groups of max 5. Stay within your group and do not mingle with other groups.

Yes, you can bring your kid into adult service. For services that require tickets, you will need to register a ticket for your child. You may also use the parents lounge during the service if your kid is below 18 month.

We encourage children to visit our HopeKids service from 19 September onwards.
